I came in for oil change and spent over $400 on spark plugs and wipers, not a problem if it wasn’t for the fact that they broke a hose connection, which started smoke coming out my car and then admitted the issue and have not resolved. Will be reporting to corporate and filing a complaint. Day 3 and the only thing I can say is they should be out of business. Check out how they fixed it- with zip ties.

Terrible place. Took my car for a coolant issue and gave them a reference video of what I believed was the problem and told them I wasn’t sure. Instead of doing the diagnostic they just went ahead and changed the parts the video said and then charged me over 2k and the problem I came for wasn’t fixed. Told me they didn’t charge me the diagnostic but they told me before that they wouldn’t charge me it because I was taking a battery with me. They never said they wouldn’t do it. That’s like going to the hospital and telling the doctor the procedure you think you need done and he just does it without checking. Went to another mechanic and he found the real issue in under 10 min. Lazy and Unresponsive after issue from their part. Have been coming to this location for a long time with all my families cars.Terrible service.

Terrible service, I have been a customer of theirs since 2017 and I have a shift to do the tire rotation and they want to charge me 180 dollars for the rim screws after they told me that they would take care of the cost of the screws and I would only pay for the rotation, they are scammers and liars. Over time this place has gone away but I personally will not return again. I don't recommend it

I purchased and paid for oil change through the Groupon App, but was charged additional money (not counting taxes) at this Jiffy location, after my oil change was completed. I will not be doing business here again.

* Terrible. The prices are so crazy. The same car has doubled in price within a year. I asked for the price last month and it went up by more than 50 dollars today. I found that the price was so crazy. Can such a store still operate?

First and last time I come here. Nobody has a glue on what there doing. Andy was so unprofessional. Telling me I needed wipers, when I got them changed 3 months ago. Then telling me I needed a brake flush lol. Bunch of scammers. Fire Andy!!

Today I went to have oil changed on a brand new vehicle that had the service light on, 5400 miles, and it has had an oil change done already.
I asked to rotate tires they said I would have to get off the vehicle, i said not this time..
They charged me $120 for 4 qt of synthetic oil!!!!….. they wanted to change my break pads, because according to him they showed they where heavily worn out!!! and the guy who asks what service you want also came around telling me that the indicator they have for batteries, was saying the car battery was not working correctly.
I refused all the services, and took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic which said the breaks where fine, they where practically new ( I was worried the breaks could be in bad shape)
I don’t think I needed an oil change, and they didn’t even put the sticker on the car…..
He told me Jiffy charged me on the high side for the oil; and they make money on all the other things, example: like the breaks & battery change. ( maybe they got some sort of quota to meet)….
I also messed up I should have had one those coupons they usually offer a lower fixed price .
I have 3 vehicles, I will never come back to this place!

Terrible service. I went for an oil change and they didn't put the sticker with the next change date. Then I went to have it put on. When I went they treated me badly. Then he called. When I called they did not accept to listen to my complaint. They hung up the phone on me. Go to another one.

DO NOT COME ALONE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!! They will 10000% try to scam you and pressure you to into paying for unnecessary additions. My mom came in for an oil change, and after asking her to add a million things and she said no, they told her r that they were gonna finish the oil change and that she could go inside and change. AFTER PAYING, we come outside and her car won’t start. They then tried to charge her $650 to fix a problem with a starter. My mom then requests to see a manager and view the camera footage, and as we’re waiting for the manager, they CALL THE COPS ON US. On paying customers. Literal worst customer service ever. Even the cops were agreeing with us. We ended up towing the car as they refused service and had to PAY OVER $100 on TOP of the initial charge. Once we got the car to a mechanic, turns out they had reset the whole car and took literally 2 seconds to fix and the car was working again. So we paid for an oil change, a tow, and a mechanic. This staff is severely untrained and unprofessional. Called the cops with absolutely no warning and left us to pay for a tow after THEIR EMPLOYEES MADE A MISTAKE, and instead of just owning it and fixing it, they tried to charge $650. Were already in contact with the district manager. The manager of the store is Christopher Olvida. Very immature, unprofessional, and untrained. Never go here EVER.

Went to get an oil change. They kept trying to up sell me on everything. After the fifth “no” they guy gave me an attitude. After the oil change my car wouldn’t start. They checked the battery and basically said they don’t know why it won’t start but for $250 they can run a diagnostic test. Horrible customer service. The manger Christopher Oliva is beyond unprofessional. He should not work in customer service. They refused to fix the problem. Got it towed to my mechanic. Jiffy Lupe restarted my whole system.
