I took my crysler 300 in for an oil change, next day my oil light came on. I checked the dip stick, and it didn't show anything, so I bought and put in 2 quarts. I took the car back to find out why the oil light was coming on, but the guy couldn't tell me why.

June of 2024 I did the oil change here. It was really quick, like 10 min. Today I decided to do it myself and I found that the protective plastic that comes with the new filter was in the filter, it was never removed.

Shortly after oil change my oil cover plate from underneath the car was dis attached, obviously it was not put back correctly after oil change! When I came back next day with that problem, I was asked to waist in a regular line plus I was told that nothing to be worried about, it just piece of plastic š©

Iām a teenage girl that was learning about car maintenance for my Mercedes-Benz GLA I went to Jiffy Lubeās to get an oil change and they took advantage of me. My oil spilled everywhere. I do not have my dipstick and my engine is now messed up. Please do not go here. although they gave me a refund, my car is totaled and damaged.

I had originally posted on how great this location was but I was wrong. I went to address a coolant flush that was replaced with the wrong color of coolant and the manager became very aggressive and was yelling at me in front of my five year old son. I was calmly explaining to him that my Honda takes blue coolant and I noticed my car now has yellow coolant and he started yelling āthat has nothing to doā¦AM I THE PROFESIONAL OR ARE YOUā. It was honestly terrifying and I left as I feared for my safety. itās such a shame that men like that intimidate women just trying to get their car serviced. LADIES, take your car elsewhere!
