I always go to this location for services. They do their job and try to upsell products but aren't pushy and annoying like other places. If I say no they are accepting of that, which I really appreciate. I always get my oil changed here, I would never consider anywhere else. Jordan, Christian, Johny, and the other staff were wonderful.

I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for an oil change and was upsold a valve cover replacement due to an alleged leak. I approved the work. Immediately after picking up the vehicle, the engine was severely misfiring, jumping at idle, and the check engine light came on.
I returned the next morning, and the staff showed no concern, took no responsibility, and allowed me to leave while the car was running dangerously poorly.
I then took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who found:
- Spark plugs with damaged gaps, consistent with being dropped or mishandled
- Connections improperly reassembled
- A valve cover bolt snapped off and missing, with the broken portion still lodged in the cylinder head
After corrective work by the independent shop, the car now runs properly- confirming the issues were caused during the Jiffy Lube service.
A snapped valve cover bolt is not wear-and-tear; it is improper workmanship. The dismissive response when I returned with a misfiring vehicle was extremely concerning.
I have since escalated this to Jiffy Lube corporate and disputed the charges with my credit card company. I strongly recommend having any major work done by a qualified mechanic instead of this location.

This location is always good. Today they were slammed yet they still remained professional and running like a well oiled machine. I have to say that it is a pleasure to see this many young people operating a business this way. I have to single out the intake tech she was on point, thank you Alexandra!!

The service was ok and fast but I was charged $125 for an oils change when I normally pay $65 Full synthetic . At at best not Pennzoil which is ok not one of the better ones. Over all service was fast but this place is really Pricey. Won’t be going back again sorry.

Updated: Besides oil change, they can also do tran fluid, brake pad/shoe replacement, break rotor replacement, spark plug replacement, cabin air filter replacement, battery replacement and etc. In general they offer all normal standard car maintenance services. They were quick, efficient, and gave you a quick check and estimates in minutes. The feeling was honest and trustworthy. The price was competitive too. Alexandra, Jose, Jordan, Juniet, and Johny are professional, considerate, and down to earth that you don't want to miss. They built a good team. Beyond expections. I will definitely go to that branch again for my car maintenance, 100%.

Jordan and Christian were very knowledge. Really fast and honest service. They don't try to scam you with false vehicle issues like other auto repair shops love to do. They even teach me tricks about my car I didn't knew. Amazing guys.

Made me drive there for no reason the girl on the phone told me they do Porsche for 90 if I bring the oil when I got there 20 mins before closing they wanted to leave and didn’t want to do my oil change

It was my first time at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The girl who helped me didn’t seem confident in what she was explaining. When I asked questions, she said, “I’m not sure, I can ask him to look at it,” yet she was the one recommending extra services. It felt like they were just trying to add charges instead of giving clear information. After the service, they forgot to put the sticker for my next oil change. I went back to ask, and she gave me one that wasn’t even for my car. When I pointed it out, another employee came up with an attitude and said, “It’s not a big deal,” in a dismissive way, as if I should just get over it. When I told him there was no need for the attitude, he became argumentative. I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism or attention to detail. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re asking for a favor when all they want is the service done correctly.
