Be careful. I bought a pair of shoes here for an event but decided last minute to wear a different outfit. I brought the shoes back to the store to return and they refused saying the shoes had been worn. I can assure that the only time I wore them was when I tried them on in the store. They accused me of being a liar insisting that they were worn and refused to return them. I’m not one to argue so I left feeling shamed and embarrassed but at the same time angry that I was either 1) sold shoes that had been worn (there’s a small scuff on the sole) or 2) the store just doesn’t want to honor their return policy. Both scenarios leave me feeling like the place is shady. I’ll find another outfit to wear the shoes with but I’ll never buy another pair here.

I came to the store on January 14th, 2024, to buy my wedding heels and Juan took care of me. The care was amazing, the shoes are beautiful at the store. However, when I ordered the shoes with Juan at the store everything went south. I was supposed to receive the shoes with UPS January 22nd, 2024 not only did ups lose my package x2, when it was found the shoes were missing two diamonds in which I called Jimmy Choo for an exchange, no apology was given, no sense of customer service. I sent it back to them and they fixed the shoe, I finally received the shoes today 02/14/2024 almost a month after, this was NOT a custom order, it was the Saeda 100. I am beyond upset on the customer care in behalf of Jimmy Choo.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here. The first time here, the girl ran my card 3 times and locked it to the point where I had to wait a few days to get my credits in addition to having to deal with my bank. The second time, my gf bought a pair which had to be shipped. They didn't fit right nor look right and had to be returned (never used at all). Three times back to the store to only have them wipe their butts for the return, saying that it needs to be done by managers who are never there. Reps are completely dismissive ignoring even the simplest requests. I asked one girl to call corporate for me, and she just went to the back and never came back out. When she finally did, it was as if I had never asked. F them.. this should be a premium shopping experience. instead they'll charge a thousand dollars for a pair of shoes and completely try to dismiss your concern. Never again Jimmy Poo.
