Very bad service attitude, the female clerk has an aggressive expression and does not speak English, rude and unreasonable, I do not recommend anyone to come here to consume and the things are not cheap! It should be closed earlier, let these unprofessional service staff sew clothes at home, and don't let them come out to cause trouble to others

Very bad attention, the employees don't even say hello, I made a purchase and there was no checkout; There was no one, I waited and nothing. I left everything and went to Michael's to buy the same thing, cheaper and they gave them a 30% discount. What bothered me the most was that the employee to whom I asked a question had no idea about anything, she practically didn't even talk to me.

Staff member completely on a power trip. Stopped me as I had a laptop backpack. Didn't stop anyone else with any other bag. Confrontational rude and completely unhinged.
Wasn't communicating with anyone that the card machines were all down. Just focused on my backpack. Awful woman. Should be sacked

It has variety but the store is in terrible condition, the tea is dripping, the prices are out of order with the items, we asked for a time of fabric and when we went to pay it had a different price than what was displayed, I do not recommend it, high prices!

The cashier would not let me buy fabric st the register at 6:53. Even though I understand it is close to closing, it is still operating hours.
I asked if could get fabric cut, and she mentioned the cutting table closed. So I mentioned i could buy the whole roll (there wasn’t much left ) . She replied that it was close to closing and to just let them close.
To think I could buy something during a store’s operating hours is pretty crazy , right?

First visit to Joann, the truth is the wide variety of fabrics impacted me, everything for the owner and artisans, discounts on Halloween things 80% and Christmas things from 70. Good attention and disposition of the employees, clean and tidy

I bought fabrics on Saturday and the woman was very kind, she helped me look in my email for my discount, today I returned to make the same purchase and another woman did not want to help me, nor did she ask me my phone number, I showed her my cell phone so she could know to see if I had any discount and without looking at me she told me that the fabrics already had a discount, I asked her if the receipt would have a discount for the next one and she told me to read it, logical but apparently she didn't have much desire to work, at the same time Saturday lady I give her a 10 star but today's ???? so why receive emails or download applications if they are not going to work because of what this lady showed me, today December 5, 2023 5pm... today the same fabric came out more expensive

When I walked into the store it looked like nobody was in there.one client at the cashier and nobody helping .I went to the back of the store and saw a woman and and man...both employees and asked for what I was looking for.the response was ...it is on aisle 16 but I don't know where...I was very upset it took me forever and then when I went to pay a very nice young girl apologized and she told me that I was dealing with the manager and the assistant of the manager!Horrible experience and I hope I don't have to go back...
