Joel is an excellent technician! I called him and gave him the description of what my tv was doing, and immediately was able to identify the problem! He is very professional and knowledgeable. Joel and his partner were very helpful and honest. Joel knew the problem right away and soon after that it was fixed and I have my laptop back. It was very affordable and not overpriced like some electronics repair shops, Joel didn’t lie about other problems either and only replaced one part. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service—they were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, took pride in their work, did a fabulous job, and their prices were very reasonable. They installed a new 85” TV and surround sound. I will absolutely call them again and recommend them to friends.

Joel and his Assistant Tech are awesome. Returns calls/messages promptly, arrives at your location on schedule, explains the problem/issue, and gets the repair done and right. Also is willing to help with other TV, connection, and programming questions and setup. Great to work with.

All I can say is that he very professional. He installed 12 security cameras at my home. He takes his time, but at the end of the day his job is curious, and as a customer I am satisfied with his services.
