Josh’s Premium Meats offers top quality, amazing cuts of meat that are always super fresh. The wagyu filet mignon is exceptional and melts like butter, described as the best wagyu ever. The Denver steaks and short ribs are also great. The place is super clean, with a super welcoming family and crew. Staff is friendly and provides excellent service. It is a one-stop shop and the go-to place for steaks in Miami, where you get what you pay for and taste the quality.

The review is within the meat. It speaks for itself, you could literally be the worst chef or a top tier Michelin chef you can't mess up a Josh premium meat. Josh, his family, and crew are super welcoming! Can't wait to go back!

Top quality and service. The wagyu filet mignon was exceptional. The basque cheesecake is an acquired taste, but also very good.
