If I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered an item online and was sent the wrong size. Customer service directed me to this location to exchange for the correct size. The sales associate advised me she was unable to do the exchange due to no barcode in my confirmation email. After a lengthy discussion with customer service they still were unable to do the return. She got the manager on the phone who advised me that because of employee theft she would not authorize the exchange because there was no manager present. Her best suggestion was that I return to the store. Corporate called me and made it right but do yourselves a favor and avoid this store.

Horrible.The worst assistance ever they were playing with nerf huns while we were asking them for assistance and they would just talk over or ignore us especially the girl would make faces and stomp her feet when we asked her if she could het the shoes for us,finally when she came back with the shoe the box was a disaster and there was only one shoe we ended up leaving .

I recently had reviewed this store 5 stars from my last encounter and it saddens me that I returned to the store excited to get new shoes and was met with a new manager named David. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere just because he was all over one of the other workers? Holding hands and touching at the waist it felt so unprofessional for a store. I understand that people are allowed to date their coworkers but the PDA was a little too much for a shoe store ESPECIALLY with younger children around. I’m not sure if this happens often at this location and I am no mood to return and find out.

Loved my recent converse experience! Great place, excellent service and extremely good offer for shoes. The store is located inside Dadeland Mall with easy access through Macy's.

Someone should educate there manager on the products they sell. Dr Martin boots are unisex don't judge people that walk into your store when they ask for a woman's sized boot.

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She's only 16 years old and she about to graduate highschool. She was so helpful kind she should be promoted immediately I got a sweater on sale for only 5 bucks!! What a steal! I love journeys I'll definetly come back. The only wierd thing is that my friend tried to return a shirt he had just purchased he put it on and had the receipt they were giving us a hard time because they needed the tag. I've never seen that before in my life that they need a tag but not the receipt. Wierd.

Bought vans at the store to be ship home since they didn't have my size. Cashier entered wrong mailing address, it's been a month an a half no shoes, no replacement, no refund. Store took no ownership of their error referred me to customer service not even an apology. Ups opened up an investigation closed the investigation stating wrong address. Still waiting.. stay away from this store you'll lose your money
