Bought a 2017 Infiniti q50 in September of 2022, the engine blew up in June of 2023 due to poor maintence(there was pounds of sludge in the oil pan). The mechanic who inspected my car after it blew up said this was 20,000-30,000 miles of neglect. I called regarding the issue multiple times and every time they said they would help or call me back but never called back no matter how many times I called them. Paid $19,000 for the car and then $6000 to have a new motor put in. Do not recommend them in the slightest.

Alex their finance manager came in on a Sunday because he knew I was in need of a car, when I got there he had all the paperwork ready to sign and the car fax showing the actual value of the vehicle. He was honest and told me that the car had a minor accident and how many owners the vehicle had. He was transparent from the beginning, the car came with extended warranty. Price for the car didn’t change when I got there and I was able to purchase an extended 100k mile warranty. Thank you Alex for making this a smooth and easy experience. I appreciate you going the extra mile.

My car broke down unexpectedly & i decided to take a chance with jesus. They worked with me with my bad credit & the down payment that i could give & was able to put me in a newer car with lower payments & a 2 year warranty than i had before. Communication is great with them i can call or send a text with any concerns about my car . & they covered any small repairs the car needed free of charge ! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a car, they have many options & great customer service !

They are fraud they be scamming people. I bought a car from them, hasn't been 2 weeks and stop working when I called them and told them I wanted to return the car they told me the have a none return policy which they never told me about before
