Absolutely thrilled with the grooming services! My pet came out looking adorable, smelling fresh, and clearly felt comfortable throughout the experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and treated my little friend with so much care, highly recommend!

I ordered pet food from this store, which they deliver through Uber—not my choice. It never arrived, leaving my pets without their food. When I called, the guy on the phone showed no concern for my pets, only focusing on their issue with Uber. As a customer, that shouldn’t be my problem—I just need reliable service. Disappointing experience. 12 hours later, still no solution or path forward.

Terrible experience. It was my dogs first grooming ever. I asked my dog to be groomed with care using scissors not the machine. They used the machine and ruined his hair. Its like the groomer had never done this before and I was charged premium price as if they where experts doing this. The groomer wasn’t all that careful while handling him either. She just brushed aggressively without even caring about his eyes. I will never come back to this place. Take a look at the before and after pictures and judge for yourself.

This by far is the best store/groomers. I’ve ever taken my dog too. They have a great selection of treats, toys etc and the employees are always the kindest people.
