The short woman with dark hair is very rude. Also their A.C has been out for a very long time. With no signs of it ever getting fixed.

I believe the short woman employee with dark hair has a problem against darker skinned people. While I was loading up my washer, she decided to use her mop to dust off the top of the washers. She could have easily took care of another task like the over flowing trash can. But instead she waited right next to me while she ate her potato chips and watch over my shoulder. Once my wash was done, she approached my machine and placed her bucket and filthy rag on top of it. This was very uncomfortable for me due to the fact that my machine was in the middle of the row and it would have made more sense to start with the 1st machine in the row. I had to move the bucket and rag myself away from my facial range which was uncomfortable to do. During the drying stage, I stepped out to retrieve something from my vehicle. I returned soon after to see myself locked out of the building. There was still plenty of people inside the laundromat but she decided to lock the doors after I left.

Air conditioning in the store is not working but the lady at front desk said yes its working and set to 70 but the thermo screen reads its 80 in here. Its Sunday afternoon at 5:20

The lady who works on Father's Day has a very bad character and takes away the customers' cars. She takes it away from me by telling me that the clients who arrive later do not have cars and those of us who are already inside the premises are left without cars. I had to take out the clothes and carry them to the table because I couldn't get cars, that lady had a very bad character, I didn't like her attention ???????

I first want to say that the lady that I guess is in the laundry mat with the long black hair don’t know her name but she’s very rude and no customer service whatsoever, if this is her only job then she needs to be trained about what customer service is all about . I’ve worked in customer service for many many years and know how to treat someone with respect and kindness , I asked for a cart because there wasn’t any left and she had one in the back of her in the she said to go find another one . She never ever greets when customers come in , the owner on the hand is very very nice and knows what she is doing obviously. I come here only because the one in my location in Kendall I’m not a fan of.

THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PLEASE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I have been a customer for a long time and I have never had a problem. I just tried to explain to the person in charge everything that I had missed and that I know it was not her fault. The lady was annoying and treated me badly and the cameras are a witness that when I tried to speak she put her hand on my face to make me shut up, of course I was offended and I responded back and she accused me that she was going to call him. police.
