Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and made to feel very welcomed. The appointment with Dr. Salmun was quick but thorough. He showed a genuine compassion for the qualifying factors of my MM card. He explained very well the types of medication that would be available and it was clear this man knows his stuff!
After seeing the Dr registration with the state with the assistance of Gentry was a breeze. He made quick work of what would have taken me much longer if left to navigate the state site on my own. He was careful to explain the different categories of medicine and the benefits and use of each. Before leaving Gentry’s desk the approval letter from the state was already issued giving me the green light to go to a dispensary. The expirations and earmark dates for the Rx and the MM card were carefully explained as well.
I feel that I left this office with a great wealth of knowledge and learned things I didn’t expect I would from these gentleman. They are both a great wealth of information to new patients and anyone would benefit from their expertise.
If you’re debating which medical marijuana Dr to choose then your search is over! Go to kind health and you will not regret it. I can not say enough good positive and encouraging things about these guys. Don’t take my word for it though go and see for yourself and you’ll have the same experience and be praising them as well.
Thanks again Gentry and to Dr Salmun!!! You guys are awesome and your office in exemplary as to what similar medical offices should strive to be!

I have never received worst customer service at any business in at least a decade. Gentry is truly a horrible employee, and I have no faith in him and as a result the physician or business. After paying for my visit electronically, and confirming my availability for my telehealth visit between 11-2, I called at 2 to be told that the doctor left and they would have to reschedule. The plain lies Gentry gave to me in regards to forgetting my appointment were outrageous. Apparently, since I said I would prefer a later call in the window, I was not called before 1 when they were “free and twiddling their thumbs.” Then, “they got too busy to call.” Gentry couldn’t stop stuttering when he realized he doesn’t know how to speak to a customer and realize his own errors. After he tried to blame miscommunication, I will be switching physicians immediately and dispute the charge if the refund does not go through (he’ll probably forget that, too).

I have recommended many people to this place, but I'm never going here again. Gentry was condescending and rude. He mishandled our interaction.
I have also had my prescription randomly canceled multiple times by Dr. Nieves.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Phenomenal practice! It was very quick, the fact that there’s parking saved me from having to take a train then an Uber (thank you to the reviewers who mentioned that), so I drove 2 hours just to establish care with them, and am so glad that I did. MMJ was charging me over $500 annually before I learned that I was being taken advantage of. I’d happily bear the Miami traffic every 7 months for KindHealth (very fitting name, by the way), but they offer remote renewals, so I won’t have to!

Doctors and staff that truly care which is so rare. I called so many places before I found Kind Health. Haven’t found anyone with lower prices either.
