Kopikats are Cons & thieves! They charged me $700 without my permission after refusing to work with them! Dec 28th I got in contact with Richard regarding a "calendar job" he said the job would be done on the 4th of January! I even resend the file on the 3rd to make sure everything was good to go. and on the 4th something was "wrong with the art work" so he had to "fix" and extend the job. On the 8th he printed one unit and the printer "broke" Right before printing the calendars. He supposedly had to order a "part" that should arrive next week! He said "I'll complete all calendars over weekend pick up Monday" which landed On the 18th which is now my delivery dateI still didn't get the calendars! instead, he never delivered the job and charged me after canceling the job due to extending multiple times and breaching the contract! he charged my card $700 without permission after a whole 27 days! I went to his shop to come to an agreement & Richards wife Lisa with red hair came out threatening & very aggressive! Continued by saying she will charge me an extra $600 if I don't stop filming her! I have it all on video & the only reason I was recording is because she has been very aggressive from day 1! Horrible business, hospitality & integrity! I Will be going to court & pursuing to sue! I have used KopiKats for a few unique projects and I am always surprised what they can make happen that no other place can. I am really impressed with Richards work. His artistry and imagination to make a product is uncanny. Rich and Lisa really helped me out with my last project that was needed in a rush and were able to make it happen. I am super thankful to know and use KopiKats.

I worked with Richard on a laser etching project and not only was he extremely courteous, he took on my project and beat all expectations! He sent me various mock ups of the work and explained the care for my project after. He has gone above and beyond responding to emails before and after their posted business hours and his prices and turnaround are fantastic. Overall, If you have a need for printing give these guys a shot, they're great!

First off make sure to call ahead and ask to make an appointment, Richard was the person I talk to when I called. He was very patience and kind and thoughtful when he answered my questions, supervisor customer service after that he help me out with the laser cutter and gave me test samples so I would be 100% satisfied with the result and I was. I am also very grateful that he was able to squeeze me in, their constantly having project being done. Will do further business with them in the future.

I left a project with these guys a month ago. The first 2 weeks they were leading me on and saying they will quote. Then they said they can do the project a different way. They said they will get back to me and never did. The least they could of done was be courteous and call back to say they don't want to do it. I didn't even get my materials back that I left for them. Bad business practice!

Big thanks to all the Yelpers that rated this business so highly. Had a fire drill for a corporate client that had an event at a local hotel and needed two print jobs the same day. Lisa & Ed came through with flying colors - answering the call before their posted business hours and delivering the second of the two fire drills after the close of business. My client was grateful for the quick turnaround, and the quality of the two jobs was excellent.
