This company is the worst. They are not transparent with their customers. They add on hidden fees without any reasonable notice to their consumers. Furthermore, when you reach out to get further information on these hidden fees, no one in their office wants to be responsible and address any concerns, and instead you are passed around like a toy from one regional office to another and are left clueless No one wants toHelp. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The place is Super clean, the customers services are excellent. Ms. Adriana Varon it's so friendly and Professional. And when I get outside another employee helps me with the boxes... A 100% recommended..

We made a schedule to have my belongings pick up ...and 2 days before I call to make sure we good on the schedule....and customer service says there are not pick up my moving belongings...and two day later I need to leave my property....so they left me hanging we out no care in the situation they left me in ....the worst company ever I hope u guys burn in hell for the situation u guys left me in

I had this company pick up my things from storage June 16 here it is August 18th and still I have yet to receive my stuff. And when you call them they add on another week of wait time with the it is what it is attitude. I don’t recommend this company at all and will never use it again. And if I ever hear anyone talking about it I will surely let themKnow the low quality of it. And please don’t use them. They got their money right??? Every single penny where’s my stuff???

Although an acquaintance recommended us this company and after spending a good couple of hours with the person they sent to our house for the survey, they never sent an estimate neither return any of my multiple calls, emails and text messages.Not only they made us waste our time in the middle of the stressful times of our moving but they also left us with the unsettling feeling that they saw all our personal belongings and collected all the information about our current and future address.Absolutely regretful experience.

Despite the horrible reviews I’ve read about this company I gave it a try and all I have to say is that they are AMAZING when it comes to deliver things NOT CARS! From Joan in the front desk to all the crew handling my things from Miami to Puerto Rico. Joan explained everything, was polite and nice. He was very patience answering all my questions, helped fill out all the paperwork. He definitely provided an excellent customer service. When my things arrived to PR everything was intact just like I packed it. It seemed like it never left my house. Joan was honest telling is that the boxes were arriving between 4-6 weeks and it arrived 3 weeks after the drop off. All I can say is that Rosa Del Monte was very reliable. Despite my great experience with my moving unfortunately delivering my car it has been an extreme issue. When I dropped off my car Adriana in top of being rude, misleads information as I was told that my car would arrive to Puerto Rico in 4-6 weeks. I’ve been calling for updates and it seems to bother her that you call for a status. Adriana if you decided to work with customer service you should review that decision because you have a lot of room for improvement. She puts you on hold for long periods, her approach, she is bitter. Two weeks ago she said car deliveries are taking from 6-8 weeks. There is not natural disaster going on and therefore should be NO REASON for not delivering the cars on the stipulated time. Called in today and again she was rude, early in the morning. I have seen so many bad reviews about her I couldn’t believe until I experienced it and I don’t understand how RDM hasn’t take any action in regards to Adriana’s behavior. I called once again and she denied to provide information, put me on hold and the hung up. Had my husband call her and as well she was rude with him and said that now the car will arrive in 8-12 weeks. Horrible service delivering cars.

I'm moving to PR at the beginning of next year and I have been satisfied with their remarkable service. They have been thorough and detailing on prices,delivery, charges and have been considered when it comes to reducing costs when necessary. Can't complain one bit. I recommend them ?%. I know I will have a wonderful experience in the island as well.

My mother used them when she first moved to puerto Rico and a set of dishes she’s had for the past 30 years arrived into pieces. Several things arrived broken, and never was replaced or anything. Then the driver charged us $100 cash to take boxes that was paid for to make that extra money on the side. I told him it was paid for and he said that he would charge me $100 for extra boxes on the low. And when my mom showed me the recipe the boxes that I paid for $100 cash were paid before hand that my mom paid on the receipt. These people are a mess! Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NO USE ESTA COMPAÑÍA!! READ BELOW!!! Where do I start with this company. I recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida. My official move date being mid July. Since the beginning of June I was in communication with the Worcester, Ma office inquiring about using the company to move FIVE BOXES. Osvaldo and the front desk lady ENSURED ME that the boxes would take no more than 5 WEEKS to arrive at my destination. With this in mind, I dropped off the boxes at the Worcester location on June 22nd - estimating an aprox 5-6 weeks from my move. MY BOXES TOOK TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE. Not once was I told about the way that the company operates. As if this wasn't enough, I called once and twice to the office in Miami, spoke to Jhoan and Adriana on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER (GENARO) NUMEROUS TIMES, THIS 'MANAGER' HAS YET TO EVEN CALL ME AND/OR DIRECT HIS WORDS TO ME. I had to pay EXTRA after a two months delay for my boxes to be delivered at my residence and to make matters worst some of my items came in BROKEN. I have since sent TWO emails to their corporate office and NO ONE has responded - not corporate, not the managers, not the staff.. I have evidence of all the conversations had and the empty promises, I have evidence of the condition in which my items arrived, and I have the emails that have yet to be responded. Not having those five boxes cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, all I requested was for them to be delivered to me and they even charged me an extra for that. Horrible AWFUL experience.
