EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only was I rudely cut infront, for some odd reason the people who cut infront of me were allowed to bring their HUGE dog into the office! This is a clinical testing area where blood is drawn, and allowing a big dog into that space is careless and disgusting. Once I had seen that I left immediately and I am never going back again. I am mortified by what I saw on 12/9/25 at around 2:30-2:45pm…. This incident was 100% against protocol.

I don’t know what they’ve done with my withdrawn blood but it is very suspect. Apparently the lab that issued the requisition never received my sample. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I took my 88 yr old mom to get her labwork this morning to the tiny place inside Walgreens at 1695 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142. I must say the 2 ladies working there are the best! They were sooo very nice and patient with my mother. They definitely went above and beyond.
There was a lot of people waiting without appointments and they didn't stop at all, not even a bathroom break until they had taken care of everyone!
Very impressed by the service. Never expected it out of that tiny storage closet turned lab...lol
You should get them a window!!!!

Dont come to this location if you want to waste hours of waiting. It will take forever even if there arent a lot of people waiting. Everything is so slow

Pathetic customer experience. You check in and wait 10-20 minutes, just to be skipped in the sequence of the wait list. When you mention being skipped to the service provider, you get the door slammed in your face. This has happened every single time I’ve been to this location - 4 times.

THEY ARE THE WORST. They say they close at 3 PM, but that is not true. I knocked on the door at 2:57 PM; I just needed to pick up something, not blood work—just a quick pickup—and told them that. They shouted, “ESTAMOS CERRADOS.” No, you are not, you are supposed to close at 3 PM. If you are closing before that, then change your hours of operation. I tried to beg them, but the same person kept shouting, “Estamos cerrados.”

By far the worst experience of my life getting bloodwork done here.
There is one room, with two chairs where they do the bloodwork, there is absolutely no privacy as to why you’re getting the bloodwork done & blurt out your business while the other patient is next to you. Absolutely insane. Does this not violate HIPPA laws?! Never again.
