1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Unfulfilled CommitmentsI recently visited Labcorp with an expectation of professional service and efficiency, especially after confirming with both Oscar Insurance and Labcorp that my Quest order for medical tests would be accepted. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different.Upon arrival, the staff, upon seeing my Quest paperwork, outright refused to conduct the tests. This was not only surprising but also deeply frustrating, given the clear information on Labcorp's website stating that orders from other labs can be utilized. Their unwillingness to assist or seek a solution, despite the prior confirmations I had received, was baffling.This incident isn't just about the refusal to honor a valid test order; it's about the fundamental principles of customer service and reliability. A whole morning was wasted, and crucial medical tests were delayed due to this oversight or miscommunication.My experience at Labcorp was far from the standard of excellence one would expect. It’s disappointing to witness such a lapse in service and professionalism. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your policies and staff training, to ensure that others don't face a similar situation

TL;DR Advice to others - KNOCK ON THE DOOR IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN CALLED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.Arrived promptly at 9:05am for my 9:15am appointment, checked in using the ipad then shopped around walgreens for 10 minutes. Returned exactly at 9:15am and never saw anyone come out to get me. I was literally standing there for 45 mins waiting. The lab tech even came out of the office for something and returned back in, but never asked me if I was waiting for an appointment (even though we made eye contact). I eventually knocked on the door to ask them about my appointment. He claims that he called for me, but I was waiting outside for 45 minutes straight since 9:15am. Advice to others - KNOCK ON THE DOOR IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN CALLED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
