Horrible experience, never had so much pain on a blood test, she insert the needle without seen the vein and started moving the needle inside my arm looking for the vein, today was 65 degrees Fahrenheit and she said that she couldn’t find my vein because of the cold weather, when I started complaining on the pain she took the needle out and cover me with a lot gauze because the blood was blowing out of my arm and told me that she was done and had enough blood….I’ve done a lot of blood test ok my arms but never so painful and bloody as this one….

I’ve been coming to this place for long time. I always come at 7am, I have not had to wait too much time. Staff is very courteous. This location is perfect for distance at south Miami. They always validate your parking so don’t be scared to park. They void you the $30 parking. Highly recommended!

Hello, it is a lack of respect that there is no one who speaks in Spanish when you call on the phone since in the center there are people who do speak in Spanish. I have been trying to communicate for days to be able to ask a question and when I call and someone comes out they tell me which is only English and then because when you get there there are people speaking in Spanish so the people who speak only Spanish would not be able to communicate by phone because there is no one to help them, what is missing is not easy!!

I went to drop off a test to the 62nd Ave location which closed at 3pm on 4/3/24. Arrived at 2:30 and location was already closed. An hour driving wasted.

Great service!! Fast and welcoming! The lady at the reception greeted me super nice and the lady that drew my blood was fast! I had 8 tubes to be filled and I am scared of seeing it, she was understanding and super fast. Great service!! Thank you!!

Compare every other Labcorp to this particular location and you'll see the difference. I was TERRIFIED of getting my blood drawn. Always have been; however, from the moment I arrived the staff has been impeccable. Maria at the Front Desk was incredibly nice. The office is impeccably clean. Each room has no sign of dust. Cindy is sweet and drew my blood without me feeling anything. She's a professional at her work. I cannot recommend this office enough. I will only come here for blood tests or anything else. Thank you for everything!
