It states that it’s open on Google on Saturdays and I came here on the weekday before 3 PM and the place is still closed. They need to shut down their account instead of fooling people to go there, paying for parking and not being open.

FAST SERVICE AND EFFICIENT TESTING SYSTEM WOULD BE 5 IF LADY IN FRONT DESK SHOWED ANY SORT OF SIGN OF LIFE OR DESIRE TO BE THERE, IF YOU ARE A RECEPTIONIST THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS NOT MAKE YOUR CLIENT SEEM LIKE A BURDEN . OTHER THAN THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE

If I could give zero stars, I would!Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in years. Receptionist was by far the most rude and nasty I've ever seen. She should be doing another job! While I was at the counter asking if fasting was required for the test she was snarky and unhelpful. She told me that they did not accept wall ins in spite of the the website saying they did. Regardless, I decided to leave and she did not even give me the courtesy of telling me where another available labcorp was. I've never been treated worse by someone whose literal job it is to deal with customers.

I came in 20 min before closing without an appointment and they took me promptly. I didn’t have to wait at all. The employees who helped me were polite and efficient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

The staff is super helpful and caring. I came to the wrong facility but the staff upfront took care me and everything I needed. Happy mother's day to all the ladies in this office. You all are a gift from God

Visited this location for the first time, my home town in Orlando would never treat PATIENTS like this location does (they love being a profitable Healthcare service). I went to this location when they opened, their wasn't a large amount of foot traffic ? and the lady in the front on this day said this location does NOT accept walk-ins, I paid for a service online and on the website it says they accept walk-ins. Then the front desk lady said "go to the one on coral gables" but that was the one on coral gables I checked 3x. I'm not sure if these ppl are hung over or on drugs but you should at least know where your Job is located.These Healthcare offices should stop hiring ppl to be a front desk experience and hire a sales coordinator instead to handle their front desk. It's a recession so if you guys get laid off you know why..for giving mediocre Healthcare service and not keeping the corporation profitable. I will call customer to get a full refund.This is a profitable residential location and it's crazy how it has nothing but bad reviews, the good reviews that say "they treat you like family" probably are their family members writing reviews for them nepotism is crazy. Stop hiring lazy ppl who clearly don't want to work, they're not hungry enough. These ppl are milking the clock.

The older lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She will insult and rush you, say you are going to slow as if you work there and should know better. If you don't know what paperwork she needs she will tell you in a rude tone to hurry up and find it and all that just so they can send you to another room to wait 30 minutes. She should honestly be fired. Sticking to quest from now on.

Expect 45 minutes waiting past your appointment time. Wasting your time.They didn't sent the results to my doctor!Tipical case of corporate greed and overlooking!

Very easy location to get to with parking. My wait was only 5 minutes and the staff were friendly. The exam rooms were clean. Was definitely easier going here than to a hospital to get tests done. Would recommend this site.

My experience with this location has been a nightmare. My husband has took my son about 4 times and they are never able to get the genetic testing done. The first time was because I was missing a clinical questionnaire signed by the neurologist. Second time we went prepared with the form signed & all referrals in hand but she stated I need to be there before 11am. 3rd time we arrive at 10am and I called before to make sure, she tells me to bring him in and when we arrive she says we need to be there before 9am. Still being understanding at this point.We let her know we will be there today and she said that would be okay. 4th time arrives at 8am (today) and apparently they are closed for the holidays and genetic testing specifically cannot be done… I asked why wasn’t I aware and she said they didn’t know… My son is autistic and I am just trying to move forward with the doctors requests. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Labcorp advertises that walk-ins are welcome. But apparently not at their 2601 SE 37th Ave location. Don’t waste your time going there if you don’t have an appointment

Today, I went for first time to LabCorp on Douglas Rd and I was very amazed for the great and fast service. I stoped by without having an appointment, I introduced my information in the check-in computer and that's it!It was so quick and so perfect, that I couldn't believe it.The lady that works in the entrance is very sweet.The nurse that took my blood had a magic hand, no pain and not bruises. I have tiny and small veins and usually is always hard.I saw three more people besides me in the entrance. It wasn't full.The parking ticket was validated and I payed only $3. I assumed that this building is used mostly by people who works in the building, I think that maybe you can park outside is this is a big deal. To me, the fact that they took care of me in a wink of an eye is Priceless.

I went there today for routine lab work, there was ONE person in the waiting room to be seen. I checked in sat down for a bit. Finally called to the window all to be told they only take appointments. But clearly that’s a lie because in previous reviews they’ve taken walkins. My impression was either laziness or they just don’t care. They offered me an appointment a week away because she claimed they’re so busy, but they certainly weren’t busy when I showed upAt 1:40. Oh and let me add she made the appointment and said I can show up anytime after my appointment time…..so I’m lost as to why she insisted on an appointment. The worst service ever it’s a shame because as patients we have to rely on them and they know it and take full advantage of it.
