It's a disgrace to know people work so hard in these hard times and make sacrifices to send barrels for their love ones, only for the thieves who work at Laparkan warehouses to steal whatever they want not to mention the amount those rotten scoundrels take from each barrel. This shipping company should do something about it, because when sharing these disgusting experiences the first few words are as follows "I shipped with Laparkan". Especially the warehouses in Jamaica.

Laparkan Shipping is by far the worst, when it comes to customer service. Waiting over 30 mins just to pay for a shipment. When I ask, if someone is coming to help me, the girls on the Document Pick up window, tells me they are coming soon. It's not the first time this has happened, this a normal occurrence at Laparkan Warehouse in Miami. Why should paying customers have to wait? Laparkan Miami you need to work on your customer service and payment processing. Time is precious, don't waste people's time!

worst customer service at the airport. Express packages took almost a week. took over 20mins to pay duty with one customer in front of me. the cashier seems more interested in speaking to his friend than dealing with customers.

I would recommend the one in America they have good and reliable services, good customer service very polite come to pick up on time. the problem I have is with their company in Kingston Jamaica . I paid them to clear my barrels with customs an most of my items was damaged and items missing after paying $280 very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to allow them to clear your barrels in Kingston Jamaica

They are very deceptive! They rush to pick up my containers on 3/24 & informed me they it would ship them on 3/27. I called today to confirm shipment and was told no. They had the nerve to tell me that the vessel is full. They failed to disclose that prior to the containers being picked up, resulting in me not being able to make a decision to ship or not ship with them. This is unacceptable on all levels and a poor impression on me as a first time customer with them. Going back to my previous carrier where they're truthful and upfront with their customers!!!
