Very cool and familiar car rental.You can always write a message and get an answer soon, if they are not open. Car was also well and clean.I would always rent there again on our next trip to Florida.

Geraldine was terrific. Had an issue with a nail in the tire. I called to see if they could help. She picked up on the first ring, and within 2 minutes had me pointed in the direction of the nearest tire repair shop. Car ran great. Had a bunch of miles on it, but ran like it had half of the actual. Would rent again from them over the majors without hesitation.

Had an absolutely great experience with them! For starters, they were very accommodating when I had to add a day to the reservation I had made—no problem. Then, it was a super efficient pickup and drop-off: car was in garage, right across from baggage claim, waiting for us when we arrived. And that's where I dropped it off at the end. Car itself was great—as advertised: clean, filled with gas, etc. We were very happy and will be using them again on our next trip to Miami.

Latin Rent A Car has been the most pleasurable car rental experience ever! Their communication was very clear and top notch! They were also very accommodating. The car was very clean and fuel efficient. It was a very affordable trip! The car had a Sun Pass, which gave us access to certain express ways that we would not have been able to use otherwise. When I come back to Miami, I will only use Latin Rent A Car!! It was an absolute 5 star experience.
