The manager Carlo is one of the best!! He's mellow, informative, helpful and I recommend LB Smoke Shop always if your in the area above all over smokeshops in a 20 mile radius!

I used to like this place when they had less employees. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here on grabba leaf alone over the years I will never spend another penny here. I asked the employee for a carta 2 and was sold a carta 1. I should have looked at the product but I trusted this smoke shop. I just assumed it was a carta 2 based off the price and what I requested. Who sells a $150 carta 1 for $380? I could have gotten the carta 2 from the official website for less money but I wanted to support a local business. My mistake. I walk in next day and no surprise “we don’t do returns”. I was happy to work out a deal or something but the employee wouldn’t listen.
I know the smoke shop will probably try blaming me for this but at the end of the day selling an extremely outdated carta 1 with a METAL atomizer for $380 in 2024 is just wrong. After all the money I’ve spent there over years I expected them to work something out with me I would have given them the product back clean and ended up buying a proxy or something instead. This is just unfortunate because most other products are fairly priced in store so I just assumed the carta would also be fairly priced. I’ve worked in the Cana industry for over 10 years I understand shady stuff happens all the time I should have been less trusting fair game you guys got me enjoy the money.

they sell products of poor quality, the one vape, rated for 5000 puffs, lasted for ~ 200 and then the taste got bitter.
the seller refused to exchange. the first bad experience with this shop for a couple of months, and the last.
