Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind, never intimidating. They answer all questions, give recommendations such as Santal 33 or The Matcha 26, and explain the refill program and discounts. Employees go above and beyond to make customers feel taken care of. The atmosphere is great, and many recommend this location as a go‑to for new and returning shoppers.

The staff here were very friendly, they let me smell all different types of perfume and assisted me in finding what I came here for. The Santal 33 is definitely one of their classic fragrance and my purchase came with a customized bottle label. The overall experience here is way better than the stores in Canada.
