I recommend them a million times over! The whole team was so friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. Even though it’s not ideal that my car had an issue, I’m glad that I found Leader Service to help. They communicated with me every step of the way and I felt that they really cared about me and my car. I’m telling all my friends to go to Leader Service if they have any car troubles.

Everyone at Leader Service was so friendly and polite. They helped me with my car very quickly and understood the issue it had. Ed was helpful in explaining the issue with my car. It was a fair price and affordable. They went above and beyond to even help me with figuring out my hubcap size and wiped off some sticky residue on my car. Super detail-oriented! I would recommend 100% for anyone who is on the fence or considering this place for service. Will be coming back again.

Ed, Bill and the team at Leader Service are the best in the business. They are honest, dependable, communicative and, most importantly, knowledgeable!
I have taken my Audi Q5 to them for over 3 years with exceptional service every time.
Ed will always give you a straight, honest answer when discussing options or paths for your car repair. They treat your vehicle as if it were their vehicle and their prices are always competitive.

These guys are top notch. My cars battery died on me while I was at work, I called in to the shop and Bill had my car jump started, battery swapped and within an hour I was back on the road. I wouldn’t trust my car to anybody else!

I’ve been bringing my car to Bill at Leader Service for a couple of years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Bill is not only professional but also honest, kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a way I can actually understand, offers fair pricing, and never pushes unnecessary work. Also a big shoutout to Junior, Ed, & Juan for always being so friendly and welcoming as well. I’m so grateful to have found Leader Service and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Great service! Ed was great in explaining and providing a realistic time frame for the job to be done. He even went as far as to provide pick up and drop off to my elderly mom so that was a huge plus and peace of mind. Great work and would definitely recommend.

Since we have our Macan Porsche, Leader Service is the best global experience (car repair and client) we had. One of the elements supporting my satisfaction was that I received a follow up message to make sure the car was working perfectly.
