It was like a hidden gem here in Miami and I would definitely come back here again! The place was so nice and the ambiance was peaceful, you could even find more time to explore the place because you won't feel pressured to go buy something or what. I love this humble book place and I would bring my cousin here soon because she loves reading.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Poor customer service no one picks up the phone! It's actually sad because they offer one of the best Kremas out there! After Covid hit, it's just been a huge disappointment....as if the owner simply doesn't care anymore..store hours aren't what it is, the store opens later, closes earlier. Psh! I don't know just overall sad!

I came to check out Little Haiti, during covid and a Sunday. The place was boarded up, so I am not sure if it is closed permanently or temporary. It is located a few doors down from the Little Haiti Cultural Centre.

Bookstores are a vacation destination for my family. Libreri Mapou is in our top five. Excellent selection and great location. Perfect pit stop between a great Italian dinner and some nice dessert (Cafe Puccini or NAIA Gelato usually).

The beatnik writers hung out here. What more needs said?Great poetry room upstairs, large beat writers section. Quirky little nooks and crannies to the place making it a surprise around every corner. The place has an amazing aura to it. If you're visiting Miami this place is a must see.

Such a culturally important establishment, especially in the face of gentrification.
