I would like to visit this book place soon because I heard from my friend that they offers lots of books in different genres. I wish to go here this weekend if my schedule would agree to me. I would definitely visit the place with my dearest friend who loves reading. It would be an exciting weekend for us.

They have no visible sign saying that there is a no return policy. The vague sign they do have, which seems to be specific to cash transactions (did not apply to this transaction) is purposely hidden behind a bookstand. We attempted to return a book within an hour of buying it, still with the plastic wrapping on it. The owner refused, citing "the law of the bookstore," and refused to help, even after we informed her that we do not live in town and hence would not be able to use any store credit. Their point of sale system is outdated and inefficient, and even when we were purchasing the book, the owner rudely instructed us on how to input the transaction amount ourselves, as opposed to doing it herself which would have facilitated the transaction. Further, when we arrived to return the book, the store was closed, there was no sign to indicate if they were going to re-open, as it was much earlier than their posted closing time. Turns out the woman had gone to get coffee and had not even thought to post a sign to let customers know anything. The lack of professionalism is outstanding and the service is poor. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Libreria Impacto has new and used books, magazines, and the new york times available. it's a combination of Books, Inc. and Moe's Books (a berkeley institution).

Sure, the selection of non-fiction was less than impressive and I didn't appreciate the lack of comfy places for me to load but c'mon now. This place is a bookstore with real live books besides twilight.

The site is somewhat disorganized and chaotic, but there you can find titles almost impossible to get elsewhere. The attention is familiar and correct.

If you have even the slightest interest in the fantasy/sci-fi/horror genre, GO TO BORDERLANDS. This place is, by far, the best bookstore I've ever been to. It's a geek's heaven set in The Mission that has stolen my heart. Came here to get my Wheel of Time copy signed by Brandon Sanderson and Harriet. I will definitely be coming back here to delve into other great novels.
