Locatel is amazing. The women at the pharmacy go out of their way to be helpful, explain everything related to prescriptions, and are communicative and kind. I switched to here from a chain pharmacy and will never go back! Really wonderful customer service.

This pharmacy is seriously phenomenal! The staff is SO kind and so helpful, and my medications are always ready on time. There is also a personal touch here at Locatel which you do not experience at other pharmacies, and they take the time to answer any and all questions you have. I switched to here from a Walgreens and will NEVER go back to them or any other pharmacy. Highly, highly recommend.

Always have my meds ready when I need them to be! Whenever I have a question for the pharmacist, I always get called back if she’s not there or it’s addressed right then and there. Love this place!

This is a family pharmacy. It's like you are talking to an aunt or cousin who is willing to help you and knows what's best because of their knowledge.

Worst customer service ever I wanted to return a medical equipment that cost me nearly $4000.00 which was never used receipt saudís 30 days to return and 48 hours of unused medical equipment but the 48 hours does not specified that is to return l, when equipment was bought we asked and it was never specified.... don't waste your time in this place.

The ladies that work there are very rude. Complained about costumers using the bathroom. The stuff are expired.

I went today for a Pcr Test for the 3er time and its the first time they were very organized and I think her name it’s Nathalie from Colombia she was very helpfull and also very patience the girl was polite and educated I get my result in less than 24 hours thanks I will be back soon if the service was like today.. the other girls need more patience most likely the cashiers..
