It was my first time sending something to Venezuela using this company which is labelled as the type of company that takes the package to the receiver's door. It has been a terrible experience. I wasn't told of the way this company works which is taking your package to Caracas and taking 0 responsibility of how or when the package will be delivered (and you have to pay extra to transport the package from CCS to any city in Venezuela). Once the package finally arrived to the city I wanted to send it, I was told my mother in law who CANNOT walk has to go to the mailing office and pick up the package herself. Of course LogiCarrier took NO responsibility on this stating that the job of the company was to simply deliver the package to Caracas. Communication has been horrible. Daniela has been amazing and that's about the only good thing I have to say about this experience.

My family and I have been using LogiCarrier for over a year now. Its such a smooth ride to work with them as they facilitate every step of the process so much. Sending stuff to Venezuela is now so easy I would highly recommend them.
