An hour waste of my time... I need a home improvement store. Why was i redirected to this useless location 30 min out of my way? Now, I need to turn around and go back where I came from for nothing. Change the logo or something to let people know it's not a traditional Lowes. This is stupid.

Lowe's Outlets are open 10am-8pm they are not like your typical Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouses.

This place is terrible. Not only are the items incredibly damaged, they don't want you opening up/closing the fridges to see what's wrong with them. Then the prices aren't even good FOR potentially damaged items, but the worse part? Is the blatant disrespect from the employees. They should just fire everyone there and hire new positive attitude employees. Horrible experience.

I recently visited this Lowe’s Outlet store. Jay assisted us, and I must make his exceptional service known. From the moment we entered the store, he was very friendly and welcoming. When we were searching in the store for a specific item he came back to check in to see if we have any questions. His level of knowledge and dedication was a big help as we are first time home buyers. He has went above and beyond each time we have visited the store. Despite the busy store environment, Jay maintained a positive attitude and made us feel valued as a customer. His professionalism and hard work are truly a positive reflection on the store’s reputation. He is a great example of what it means to be a dedicated and hardworking employee. We will continue to buy from Jay and I hope he continues to grow with Lowe’s!

They never answer the phone. in-store, awful customer service. I came during the week in the morning and there were only two sales people for the entire store. I had to chase them for half an hour and still they were unwilling to help and constantly repeated that they are too busy.
