I have no complaints in regards to customer service. My complaint is regarding the merchandise. After finding ourselves having to return 5 broken clothes dryers, I wish there was an option to rate them 0 stars. We had a very bad experience taking broken appliances home, going through the trouble of installing them only to find out it did not work. It’s really frustrating and not worth the aggravation.

first off, if i can give this place 0 stars k would. Horrible experience in this place. sales man was trying to sell me the fridge that I wanted in lower price but once I got to the cashier to pay and finance the refrigerator, THEY RAN MY CREDIT AND LATER TOLD ME I COULDNT GET THAT FRIDGE FOR THE PRICE THAT THE SALES MAN OFFERED ME. (which by the way, the price offered, was on the refrigerator.) Horrible experience. The floor manager was no help either he was trying to sell me the fridge for $1000 more. I do not recommend coming here. The floor manger's name is FELIPE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I only shopped washer and dryers, so my experience is limited to that. I found the whole experience pretty miserable. Previous reviews about customer service were accurate. It’s bad. They are cold, disconnected, and seem to avoid eye contact intentionally because they don’t want to help.Here are my takeaways: They tag items a different color based on how long it’s been in the store. Green means just arrived, then later it’s changed to yellow, then finally red when it’s been there a while. The discounts increase as the colors change. Here’s the catch - the discounts are based off the MRSP price, which no retailer actually sells the products for. So this means a lot of the green washer/dryers are actually discounted to a price MORE than you would be paying NEW, which is insane since they are scratch and dent! Yellow washer/dryers were slightly below the actual retail, but with delivery fees (they charge $100), they ended up being the same price as new, removing the incentive. Now red items are actually discounted really well, but good luck finding a matching set. My advice is to go in and find a single washer or dryer in good shape at a red price tag, haul it away yourself, and then go buy the other matching appliance new. That will net you about a $300 to $400 savings on a new set. They also have very few washers in at any given moment (it’s almost all dryers), and most of the red tag dryers are gas. On dryers, check that the drums inside rotate well because sometimes the dents on the sides inhibit its mobility. If there’s an issue with an appliance, they give you two days to bring it back after testing it to exchange it. I would not bother with the warranty they offer, because the appliance is covered under the manufacturers warranty for one year, which they failed to share with me until after I had purchased.

They do not have good customer service, the customer is not a priority. I asked for a product verification and the manager is fixing a door and they could not assist me. I do not recommend it at all.

Terrible customer service, rude and annoying employees. We wanted to buy to pick up the next day, they wouldn't let us. When in its advertising it says that it is possible.

Horrible Customer!!!! I called to get pricing over the phone and I was hung up on after being told to call back in 15 minutes by a male who barely spoke English. I called back a second time for the same man who answer the phone before to tell me he's the only person working the floor so he can't help me.

Terrible experience. They have 400 refrigerators not moving . Employee looked bored to death. Nobody there. I was looking for a dishwasher but all over priced (after discount) and ! Had some kind of damage .

I went to get a washer here for my home and there was a wide variety. It’s good but not as a bargain as you think it is.When you do the math on the extended warranty (because they only give you 2 day warranty) it comes out just as much as buying a new one at a normal Lowe’s

The store has an amazing selection of either damaged or return units for whatever other reasons the refrigerator gallery is huge we end up buying an lg 27 cf refrigerator counter depht in immaculate condition with a savings of $900, If you're looking for a bargain this us the place in Miami also the service was good & The manager Rafael very helpful
