Today I had one of the worst experiences that I ever experienced, I walked into Lowe's Home improvement and couldn't find that what I was looking for and after about twenty minutes or so I started searching for someone in the store to help me, I ran into two people walking together ask for help and one employee told me that item that I was looking for was probably in electrical one of several islands as if I didn't know that, the other one who paged the electrical person who happen to be at lunch who never responded or came. The two employees ended up coming back my way accompanied by at least five other employees, they must have been going to a company picnic lol, I ended up walking through the store and found a gentleman in the garden area who went beyond and above the call of duty to make sure to help me find what I was looking for, there were two other employees that ended up being helpful in the end. I don't believe in the firing of people depending on the circumstances but they need to send the Three helping employees over to home Depot and and fire everyone else and tear this useless store down for a business/company, that will really benefit this community, Home Depot is enough. PS: this post deserves no stars, I can't believe I'm forced to give them even a start to make this post.

Lowes used to be known for a great costumer service and their employees were really knowledgeable, not anymore.They have a bunch of young kids that have no clue about their department,30 minutes waiting for an associate to cut a piece of 6-2 gauge; after 3 calls from different associates the person never showed up, one more thing to add on this ( the store was EMPTY)Lowest used to have employees that could give you advise about electrical, plumbing etc. Now their answer is ( you have to talk to electrician or plumber)I guess I have to go back to Home-depot.

I've only ever been to home depot but a lack in their inventory caused me to come to Lowe's. IDK why I've never been here, but let me tell you, I was IMPRESSED with how much nicer and cleaner it was than home depot. Starting with the parking lot throughout the store and even the self-checkout - it's like they noted all the annoying and gross parts of Home Depot and improved on that for their store. I'm going to start to visit this store before HD from now on!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Lowe's is practicing some very shady tactics, Do not take out credit with Lowe's, They have ran my credit with the wrong first name and last name and they still approved to give me credit,. I thought that was a little bit weird but i said ok, fast forward 4 month later i get a letter saying my account is closed, I've been trying to find out why it is close, because my balance is almost nothing, and I've never missed a payment. it's been 3 week and they still will not told me why, even thought by law they have 10 days to tell me by US mail. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE AND POTENTIALITY ILLEGAL.

This store would not accept a virtual gift card received from work. The gift card had its number and pin. They said without a barcode they could not key in the number. Update went to the Davie location. Had no issue with my gift cards. Hialeah lost my sale, will not return to this store. Davie location employee are nicer and store in clean and organized. Worth the drive.

This store has terrible customer service. The store manager Demetre denied to honor a $15 price adjustment when the item was clearly in the wrong place even after showing him a photo. Another manager went to verify and proceeded to fix the items before coming back with a different picture. He then tells me he will meet me halfway like it's a negotiation. Ended up leaving the item and as I head out from the store I hear Demetre talking to i assume another manager about how it's only 3 dollars less in what he was trying to negotiate ect. Made sure to let him know if they going to talk about a customer wait for them to at-least leave. Of course he made an excuse that they were talking about some balloons in the office. I am very disappointed in this place. I already contacted corporate and am waiting to hear back.

The customer service at this store is one of the worst I have ever encountered , no one answers the phone and when they do they just put it back on hold . Horrible service

What can I possibly say that 2 stars doesn't already say. These guys were going to take on Homedepot.. hahaha at least at Homedepot I know I won't get any one to help me, but these guys were going to win you over with their exceptional customer service. Epic fail... 2 stars well deserved Lowe's manager at Kendal and 137 ave..

As much as I wanted to love you Lowe's..... nope.... it doesn't work. The store is pretty well organized and clean. When I go shopping looking for deals and checking prices on the items that I am taking. So happens to be that at the time at check out, 2 of the 4 items that were rung up at the cashier had the WRONG price. As addressed with the cashier or person helping, they say... "this is what my systems is telling me".... on the contrary there is a BIG sign that the price is on sale or the price is $9.99 for example, the price rung up to $10.99. On the second item it was at regular price. Worst of all the staff of Lowe's DOES NOT MOVE to check on the isle itself the item on sale. They ask you to get a picture with the price on the item.... like WHAT???? what type of customer service is that??????????? The customer is certainly NOT responsible for the system that has not loaded the correct price. This experience is definitely deterrent from shopping at Lowe's. Definitely not a good experience for the customer. As their motto says.... "Do it right for less".... but not at the expense of the customer...!!!

June 30th 2022, I called the Lowes located at 9191 sw 137 Ave at approximately 810pm. After asking to speak to a respresantative, a woman answered the phone. My question to her was, does Lowes price match best buy? She advised she was going to get the answer for me. 25 minutes later someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called multiple times and someone continuously picked up and hung up the phone. Needless to say, this is frustrating and unprofessional. Best buy will be getting my business. I attached a screen shot of the calls to this review.
