The Lululemon at Brickell City Centre is one of the best I’ve been to! They had a great selection, and I was able to find everything I wanted in my size, which doesn’t always happen — smaller sizes can be tough to come by, and I usually end up having to order online.
This time, though, everything I was looking for was right there in the store. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
Three large bags later, I left feeling very happy with my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area!

I’ve been there in September and the girl who worked at the fitting room was so rude. I said thank you to her but she ignored me completely, even twice. The female manager was nice though.

Walked to Brickell only to find very limited options with colors and the type of gear needed. Good service though.

Bree Anderson is the best! They have so many fun events, which is extremely rare for brands to do. In addition, the store is well maintained and managed.

This is the worst lululemon I have ever been to, the customer service is terrible and all of the employees are rude.

I walked into the store simply to find a jacket, but the experience quickly soured. The employee dismissed my search with a curt, “We have one size—it’s the only thing we have. If you need it, it’s right here.” His tone left no room for discussion or alternatives. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which completely turned me off from buying anything that day.

Was doing some holiday shopping and was absolutely distraught by gossiping employees. The woman with the short hair had absolutely zero interest in helping my girlfriend with anything because she was busy skimming through Instagram. When asked to check for a size in the back she rolled her eyes and said whatever was on the rack was available. After asking another employee they gladly grabbed it with no issue. Do not recommend this location you’re better off shopping online.

This is my favorite athletic clothing brand. The quality is the best! The staff is very friendly to my dog.
