Such a well organized store, the staff is always so welcoming. With my most recent visit Maylee assisted me and was so knowledgeable. She even checked me out at the register such a sweet girl thank you much May you’re a gem??

Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Ray is very kind and very helpful he made my day. From now now this is my go to Lululemon store.

I had a very unpleasant experience on July 3rd with managers on site. A bookbag was purchased less then a week, it was broken and refused a refund with store reciept. Very disappointed with one of the female managers on how she handled the situation, to the point I felt discriminated when she told me to the leave the store, and smiling in a mocking manner. In speaking with Mall security of the incident, who was called and surprised how I was described to be "irate". I'm still waiting to recieve a call how to obtain a refund for the bookbag. This is so unacceptable, especially for the price you pay. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

To initiate Black History Month, I'd like to share a disheartening experience I had at the Lululemon store in Dadeland Mall today. I was eager to shop for some comfortable clothes for my upcoming trip to Barcelona. Having been a patron of Lululemon previously, I knew exactly what I wanted. After selecting my items, I approached the cash register and mentioned to the sales associate that I am entitled to a healthcare worker discount. She inquired if I was verified for the discount, a process I was unfamiliar with. Previously, my badge sufficed for the discount. She informed me that the procedure had changed and without a barcode, she couldn't apply the discount. She mentioned she did not have the barcode at the register! We went back and forth for several minutes and I proceeded to ask her if there was someone else who could assist with the code; she stated she was it and suggested I pay for my items, get verified later, and come back in 15 days for an adjustment.Seeking assistance, I asked for the manager. The manager, after a brief delay, confirmed the need for verification but offered me the 15% discount for the day. She provided a barcode, which she pulled from the register drawer (the same drawer the clerk stated there was NO barcode in) I proceeded to do the verification on the spot, a step that took merely two minutes, indicating the initial sales associate could have assisted me with it.Despite the resolution, I felt uneasy about the encounter, particularly about the initial reluctance to provide the discount. I returned to express my discomfort to the manager, questioning if my treatment was influenced by my race, especially given my experiences at this location and my evident financial capability. The manager's response lacked an apology, further adding to my dissatisfaction. This incident at Lululemon highlights the need for more robust diversity, inclusivity, and empathy training for their staff. The behavior of the sales associate was unacceptable, and I hope Lululemon addresses these issues promptly. I look forward to some feedback on this matter.

Richard, who is unfortunately a manager at this location, is extremely rude and when you express your concern to him you are met with more rudeness and attitude. This location has always been subpar but it makes sense when they have managers like him.

Accidentally became a lululemon girly, but I don't even care!! This is my go to location because they always have great things on sale and the staff is beyond sweet! This is a total splurge, because Lululemon is definitely not cheap, but makes it better when the sales rack is always on fire!
