The owner double charge for 2 boxes and tried to denied it and when I realized that and asked him about it, he was very defensive and claimed that he has no control over the system. When I contacted the source, I was told he did double charged me and he has completed access to charge and undue the charges which he did not but made some inappropriate rude comments. They had to contact him when I showed prove that I picked 2 boxes but he charged my card for 4 and the other 2 had the same tracking number as the others. That guy pretends to be a nice guy but it’s not that hard to tell he’s a wolf in sheep clothing. Don’t trust this guy with your packages, Very sneaky! Postal1 customer I’ve also purchased things in the store which makes me a customer. Also it was all Mr. Lupans actions, not a third party.

Lupan Mail Center is an exceptional facility. They offer phenomenal customer service and provide a variety of options to fully resolved and handle any issue that potentially may arise. The owner is extremely resourceful and pleasant. I wish I could give 10 stars.
