This cheap xss company is a big scammer. Their customer service is just a joke. Those people refused to provide my customer number for port out and hang up the phone when I asked for a supervisor. This location doesn’t help either they even hired someone who doesn’t speak English. Lol

This company has cheap plans but terrible customer service. By error I made a double payment one month and set up automatic payment from my bank for future top-up payments. After realizing my error I called back and requested a refund and was promised a refund in a week. After two weeks with no refund I called again and was given a reference number and I suggested that they use it for the following month payment but they told me that because I setup automatic payments they have to refund the payment.
After a month with no refund and checking my bank account I saw another payment was sent with no refund of the double payment that I made the previous month. I called my bank and reported that previous payment as a claim but instead of requesting the previous payment they reversed the current month's payment and Lyca Mobile blocked my service and charged me a fee of $5.00.
I called again not knowing that my service was blocked and reported that I can't make calls. They said that the reason was because the bank reverse the current month's payment. I called my bank and stopped the reverse, they requested proof from the bank and I emailed them that proof, all this time I still did not receive my refund of the first double payment and I had no service to call out for one month.
I requested a new debit card from my bank and started a new claim for the double payment. I called them to close the account and requested a port # but wasn't given one.
So they stole my cell # and my money and didn't provide me service for one month after being paid for it.
There are thousands of negative one star reviews about this company.
The associates I spoke to were all overseas and the connection keeps dropping or cut off.

I got my card from a car rental at my arrival in Miami, right away the card was very expensive and had normal speed for data. 10 days later i was not able to load a web page or make call or send text messages to family. Very upsetting ! Just go direct to tmobile and other true mobile service provider. This one is a borderline scam - be advised.
