How this business has 5 stars is beyond me. I’m guessing it’s people they know because my experience has been nothing but horrible.
3 days straight of promising to come service my printer and disappearing all 3 days with minimal to zero communication.
I repeatedly told them how important this printer is to my business and nothing.
To put it in context, I’m 44 years old and this is my first ever Google review. THAT’S how disappointed I am!

If you live in the Tamiami area this is the place to go. Saddy and Mauri helped me with my printer for a very affordable price. Their work is impecable I had a very pleasant experience. They're very professional and knowledgeable people. They made me feel welcome. Thank you so much.
