Placed an order on May 1st, 2024. One item in the order was a custom skirt that never delivered. I have been reaching out for months (it is currently October 2024). They just say “We’ll forward your info to the office and update you” but never actually update. I’ve asked to just be refunded but those emails are ignored. I wish I could give 0 stars though because the items I did receive were not great either.

Placed an order over a month ago, still not received yet. Contacted them several times, no new update, and they are not willing to refund either! This is unacceptable. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a bracelet in May 2024 & never received it ,when I emailed them, they kept saying there was a delay in shipment & never followed up , I kept inquiring but they said they were going to refer to management but I never got a response, then they asked me to check my spam folder, never trust this website .they will rob you

If I could give 0 stars I would. They never shipped my order and constantly say the same thing. At first it’s still within processing time, I said no it’s not then they say oh they informed us it’s a delay we will give you a gift. I don’t want a gift refund my money. Will never shop here again DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Also, the prices are very reasonable, so you don't have to break the bank to look fabulous. One of the highlights of the store is the amazing customer service provided by Mabel. She is always there to help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion and her sweet demeanor makes shopping a pleasant experience. Environment and the owner Mabel is awesome!! Been going here like 4-5 years . Mabel is wonderful with taking care all her customers providing attention and knowing how to help someone . She knows!! Prices and material of outfits is great !! She has good sales ! I love it here . Always my relax and find any outfits. Gym , cozy at home , vacation , going out to brunch , dinner any event or occasion she has the perfect outfit!! Different styles . A lot of variety and options . It’s almost like target trip just go in for 1 thing and leave with everything ??? I SUPPORT IT BEST PLACE
