I’m reviewing because I think it’s very serious, and Mac should know about it. I went to exchange some eyeshadows just this week, and when I asked to see different colors and be assisted, and the lady that was working at the counter, used her fingers to swipe the eyeshadow palettes, and then apply it to my hand, I asked her oh my goodness don’t you have any brushes or application devices? Isn’t this make up that you will be later using on peoples eyes for make overs and now your fingers are in it and maybe quite possibly mine? she replied yes I have brushes, but then failed to get one. , I said, do you have any make up remover because I was left with various finger applied eyeshadows to my hand, which was now filthy. She said oh yeah, I have some and then she failed to get them. . I was the only customer at the Mac counter. There was two employees there one said I’m gonna go take my break now and left. and this is not Mac quality service, I would like you to know that I was there on Thursday at l12 noon. MAC MACYS DADELAND MALL MIAMI these are not representative Mac employees totally disappointed, shared the information with all my superior Mac fans and they were all just appalled.

Went back to look for a sales rep who had helped me a few months back and she was gone . She was the youngest there but had the knowledge and just the sweetest most patient salesperson I have dealt with . Her name is Kelsea and I do remember hearing a manager keep pestering her while she was helping me . MAC you need to open your eyes and value your employees dedication and talent. You lost a phenomenal artist and trendsetter. Kelsea wherever you are . I k ow you are going to be the Best at everything you do ! Thumbs down for MAC , this location doesn’t have the artist for eyeshadow application like her !!

I was very pleased with the service that MAC Cosmetics offers. We did the 15 minutes wow makeup for eyes and I was blown away with the technique the young lady used on my daughter. We topped it off with lashes that brought the look together.

It was my first time to MAC Cosmetics (finally!) and I was blown away! They have AMAZING human beings working there and their customer service is above and beyond.

She even did some demo for us and gave my sister some samples to take home.Their prices are the same as the online ones.

Made an appointment & the makeup artist took the person after me. The other employee continued to take care of other customers. No one ever acknowledge the mistake or apologized. Made me an hour late to my event. Super unacceptable. Worst customer service.

Very rude. Awful customer service. The two women working did not even leave behind the counter to help me and my sister and continued to have a personal conversation. And then later in the conversation one associate walked across the store while continuing the conversation and she said to the other "f*** it just tell her". Very inappropriate and I will not be returning here

I dont usually write reviews. Had my makeup done by Maria and she did an amazing job! I’ve had my makeup done here, plenty of times throughout the years, by many make up artists. I can honestly say Maria by far superseded all the makeup artist that have helped me in the past. Her passion and love for makeup makes her a true makeup artist.
