How MANY employees and or customers have to PASS OUT from HEAT EXHAUSTION inside Macy's at the Falls!!!! Absolutely ridiculous how HOT IT IS INSIDE!!!! This has been going on for several YEARS NOW and STILL NOT FIXED!!!!! People need their jobs, I guess that's why the store has anyone even WORKING in those HORRIBLE CONDITIONS!!!! I was in the store last week and one of the associates was passed out one the floor behind the counter!!!!! Passed out from the lack of air conditioning in the store!!!!! A multimillion dollar establishment can't do better than that for their employees and customers??? Shame on YOU Macy's!!!! They won't even buy FANS for the employees for a little relief!!! I smell lots of lawsuits coming!!!! Macy's you MUST DO BETTER because YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on YOU!!! It's almost 5 years now that the air-conditioning has been out of order. I'll write about the leaking ceilings at the same mall, same store on my next review. I'm not expecting any changes any time soon, it's been 5 years now!!!!! How shameless can YOU BE!!!!

It is inhumane to put one through so much work in this Airless Summer. It's close to me, that's why I've been twice and I can't see the merchandise because I have to run before I faint. I have seen people older than me have to sit on the verge of falling to the ground. Please take action and consider your clientele

The worst customer service is Macy's in The Fall. Wait more than half an hour from the moment you arrive to be attended to at Chanel. I had to ask for help. There was no interest in helping me. It was horrible. I asked for samples for a new purchase and they told me they didn't have them. They packed me a perfume in a plastic bag as if I were buying bread. I had to request a better presentation and explain that it was for a gift. It is horrible to pay dearly for pesoma attention. They must employ new staff willing to work. Not to rest during working hours.
