I was in a car accident in September and Magic Touch was the first and last body shop I called. They are excellent — Alex explained the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He was also just fun and easy to talk to in general. They handled everything down to the rental car and looked out for other potential issues I was concerned about in case I needed to fix other parts, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also made sure to call me to let me know exactly what they were going to do/which parts were needed, and they did a really good job on the body work.
Their guys really care about quality too. The man who painted my panel (I can't remember his name) even called me because he was concerned that it might look a little funny with the gloss since the rest of my Jeep needs a paint job. I was very appreciative of that kind of consideration.
When I went to pick my Jeep up, the same guy showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with the work and also assured me that there were no other issues concerning the other parts I was worried about. Another thing I was really appreciative about is that aside from the body work, my Jeep was left in the same condition it came in, meaning nothing was damaged in the process (I've had issues with other mechanics breaking and/or misplacing things while fixing other things.)
Overall, this place is great — they've got great people and do good work. When it's finally time for a full paint job, I'll be calling them again for sure.

I recently had an incredible experience at Magic Touch Miami Body Shop. After a significant accident that left my car with extensive damage, I was devastated. However, the team at Magic Touch completely turned things around for me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by their friendly and professional staff.
The quality of their work is outstanding. They repaired the rear end of my 2019 BMW, which included the bumper, both lights, and the trunk hood. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, as if the accident had never happened. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the repair.
What truly sets Magic Touch apart is their customer service. They even offered me coffee and water while I waited. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the excellent service I received.

Just wanted to say reef has the absolute best body shop in south Florida. I’m very particular about who I bring my car to to get things done, when my car got hit I did a lot of asking around and eventually decided to go with reef. He explained everything super well and assured me everything would be taken care of fast and quality. The car was finished in a few days and painted absolutely perfect. Big thank you to reef and his team, would def come back in the future
