I had been there three days ago for carwash, it had self service machine for payment, when I paid by debit, the machine said to get my receipt, but no receipt came out, so I went to the registrar in person, and I asked if there's a receipt in the selfservice machine , how ever the guy did not understand me because he didn't speak English, and he called the other guy for interpretation of the language and they said, the machine has no receipt, therefore if you are a customer and wants a receipt that you paid, it's better to go inside the registrar for sure ,rather than you pay it in the self service machine and also they should post a sign in their self service machine that there is no receipt coming out that machine. Receipt is important because that's a customer evidence that he/ she is paid.

Horrible customer service!! I paid for the most expensive car wash. Somehow I went in and it didn't work. I went inside and told Jorge Luis that I want my money back. He rudely said that he is not giving me nothing for something that is my fault. I don't understand how they can hired such a rude person! I've been going there for years for gas, never had to go inside. I'll be taking my money somewhere else!

Avoid this gas station. The people working there are very rude and unhelpful. I purchased the car wash for my pickup truck. And the car wash bar slammed into the back of my truck and left soap all over my truck. I went inside to tell them and the guy who was working said oh no trucks don't fit. I asked him why they don't have a sign and the guy basically was like who cares and sorry you can't get your money back. Come by next week and ask for the manager and he might give you a refund. I told the guy they need to put a sign and he said no that when people buy the car wash they tell them inside. I explained they have a puchase at the car wash feature which is what I did he said oh well you should have come inside. Horribly run business give your hard earned money to a deserving establishment.

Very bad attitude from the seller. He did not allow me to use the car wash that I always use. Today he told me that my car did not pass the same one that always passes.

So I want to tell you guys about a time that I went to this gas station and I asked for a colada, gentleman that works night shift that drives a silver Honda civic and purposely the first time I walk into the store and he’s working the shift he wants to confront me that he treated me wrong of course he treated me wrong that’s why I said that to the manager but I didn’t think it was a job of your employees to get loud to their customers when walking in the store and then on top of that he wants to tell me what I saw I know what I saw and for your employee to try to correct me and what I’m saying is completely wrong you have lost my business and I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

the drive-through car wash is absolutely horrendous. the "spot-free rinse" left my car full of soap, meaning when it did the air-dry, it dried the soap and left my windshield all crusty looking. and that's having paid for the most expensive one. to say i'm pissed is an understatement.
