I purchased kitchen appliances from Marcelin Appliances and could not have been happier with my decision. From Marcelin’s initial response to my request for a quote to installation, they were top-notch and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way — they were even able to deliver ahead of schedule which I had wanted, if possible. I personally dealt with Shannon Marcelin and she was extremely helpful in making sure the appliances would work well with my space and was always extremely responsive. So glad I found Marcelin and would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing kitchen appliances.

We remodeled our whole kitchen, and a big part of our project was to choose the replacements for our old appliances, from our first visit to Marcelin Home Appliance, I knew we were at the right place.Mr. Luis Marcelin toured me through the store explaining the qualifications and differences of all the brands, he then provided me with valuable input according to the size of our kitchen and budget. All through this process Mr Marcelin made himself available to us, providing advice and answering any technical questions that arose. All your customers trusts is well deserved, thank you.

My husband and I were desperately looking for a replacement small Bosch washing machine for our condo for many weeks and were told there were none to be had. We feel so fortunate to have found Marcelin! We called, Shannon said no problem we have one. We drove over since we had never been to their showroom, met Shannon. The washer was delivered as promised the following week. And that was it!! Done!! We are so thankful for Shannon and her delivery team. I would look no further to purchase appliances!

Stay away from these guys. They sell very expensive and nice appliances but their service and installation are absolutely terrible. I have had all kinds of issues with the appliances they've installed. And everyone from the owner to their installers blame everyone except themselves. They don't assume responsibility for their issues. My kitchen cooktop still won't work correctly. And it took me numerous calls to get them to correct an issue with my dishwasher. For the price you pay for their appliances, you should expect excellent service. You get terrible service. I've purchased appliances from the likes of Best Buy and Brandsmart and their service was far superior. Today, I was on the phone trying to explain to the owner, Luis Marcelin an issue I'm having with my cooktop and in the middle of the conversation, without excusing himself, the guy put me on hold and never came back on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Marcelin Home Appliance was recommended to me. My new Bosch dishwasher was just installed. Customer service on the phone provided by Shannon, was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Price was competitive and installation was slightly lower than the big box stores. Two installers came exactly on time, worked well together and did a superb job. I would highly recommend this store without hesitation. Had it not been for the recommendation that I received, I would not have known about this local, family business.

The best buying experience from start to finish. Excellent consultation on the replacement appliance (refrigerator), and Marcelin went the extra mile to get me expedited scheduling for delivery and installation. My front door is almost two flights of wooden stairs and this could easily have been used to delay delivery (everyone else I called that sells refrigerators said delivery would be a problem). With calls and texting, Marcelin kept me apprised of the whole process, always available. The delivery installation crew (three people) were excellent. Completely undamaged and perfect new replacement, very careful with the stairs, showed me how to operate the replacement, took every scrap of debris with them to discard. Regarding Marcelin Appliances, I’m their customer for life.

I called them yesterday and my new fridge delivered and installed today. My oldrefrigerator completely out, ice maker, fridge and freezer. the compressor was gone. I found Marcelin Appliances on Yelp but hesitated to call them. The other big name obvious appliance choices all had long wait times for delivery and installation and were all trying to talk me into alternative products. Marcelin was a fantastic buying experience start to finish. in stock product, clear timely communication and expert professional installation. I will do all my appliance business with them

Before I purchased the washer and dryer from Marcelin I researched every appliance store in South Florida having a review of at least 4.5 stars. My research ended up with three appliance stores and of the three Marcelin turned out to be the best in terms of communication, product knowledge, and overall helpfulness. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an appliance to call Shannon at Marcelin. In closing my purchase experience has been one of the best I have ever experienced and I would say that Marcelin is the poster store for all other appliance stores in South Florida to model themselves after.

It’s not everyday you are taken aback by great customer service. This is our sentiment after meeting with Shannon at Marcelin. My husband was in charge of purchasing all appliances for our condo reno project. He went with a big box retailer for some and Shannon for a panel-ready dishwasher. Not only did she help find the right brand, but she also was able to time the delivery just right to when we needed it. Today, I needed to consult the dimensions and fit of the range not even purchased with her and Shannon selflessly provided her opinion and expertise. For these reasons and more, we highly recommend this business when shopping for appliances.

Luis Marcelin was so extremely helpful with selecting the right appliances. I was referred to Marcelin and have sung their praises ever since. They were very accommodating in coordinating the delivery before Christmas and the appliances look and work awesome. I highly recommend.
