Oh this one is a doozy. Toyota, by the way their technicians suck. My car was shaking and flashing lights stating “coolant temp too high” I had it towed to Toyota of Hollywood. The told me that they “think” it’s the water pump and they would have to fix and then check to see if it’s something else and it’s gonna coast $1200. I’m not paying $1200 on what you think it may be and up paying more after if it’s something else. A friend recommended Mario and I had my car towed to his shop. Mario was so helpful. He took the time to see what was wrong with my car and guess what? It wasn’t the water pump . It was simply the radiator cap that fell off. He brought a new one and the issue was fixed. Car is working perfectly. To think I would have paid $1200 for a missing radiator cap once Toyota figured out what was wrong.. thank you Mario!! Will be going to him again!

Was having so issues with the plastic below the front bumper dragging. This happen Friday night so I was edger to get it figured out asap. Mario's is one of the few places open on Saturday and at 8am when I called, owner picked up right away. I explained my problem and he said they would take a look and what some potential outcomes would be. When I got there jose was working on another car. Mario helped with the communication since jose didn't speak English much and I don't speak Spanish well at all. They had a few chairs for me to sit and wait while the pouring rain slowed down. Once it did. Jose got the car on the lift and assessed the issue. He helped get some clips back in place and zip tied for extra security. Mind you at one point we were both in the pouring rain and yet jose was not in any rush and was making sure the bumper liner was good. Made the car a lot more comfortable for me to drive until I get it checked out by a body shop. They were very very generous with pricing and I was happy to tip jose a couple bucks. Appreciate them and nice to know they are around the corner for my car needs. THANK YOU
