Not as good as similar ones: Ross, Marshalls, Tj Max. Prices not accommodated...

The men section was too tiny. I only saw 4 rows of men clothing. The parking is included, but this store is too small compared to other Marshalls.

If you’re looking for a deal for clothes or house, hold items, Marshalls is a good store to explore. They always stock up their inventory and it’s a worth visit.

I was very disappointed in the customer service of this establishment. The manager Doris was very disrespectful. She lied about the receipt and the information. Then they hanged up on me and used language that was disrespectful towards me and everybody around. Doris S and Sandra D .... I will be reporting this to customer service.

Big selection, room for parking. Overall, it was a nice experience - in my opinion, the best branch in the area.

Whatta sh*tshow. Women's apparel is cheap but made up of a lot of nothing you'd want. Nordstrom Rack (a 5-min walk away) is worlds better!

This is by farthest, the most horrible customer service I’ve had while shopping across all Marshalls. I was passing by the area and had to make a return (I take full responsibility that I did not have my receipt but I paid with my card and the product had its original tags + the original condition which I had bought). I was willing to take a store credit refund if that was the option offered. The associate named Jennifer first stated the the tags did not match the product, I assured her that I was 100% that those were the original tags, the only thing I did not have was the receipt. I was told to wait and the associate/manager name Janice came up with a similar product and fully accused me that the product that they carried was of less priced than my product’s tag which meant that I was trying to steal money from them. Mind you they never scanned my tags or asked when I made the purchase, where I made the purchase, or what I was trying to do. They just accused me in front of the entire store that I was switching product and trying to get money. Instead of helping me, they accused me of theft and stated that I should return the product in another store. I would not shop here ever again because if this is how the manager/cashier associates “try” to help customers who misplaced the receipt, I can’t imagine what they will do if someone had a serious issue. If I could give 0 stars I would but they’re extremely unprofessional and rude.
