Many customers report an amazing shopping experience with outstanding and exceptional service from wonderful, friendly, helpful, and attentive staff who provide top-notch customer service. The checkout process is smooth and efficient with polite cashiers. However, some aspects could be improved. The store is often described as very hot, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. There can be a delay in handling cashiers, and the store needs reinforced cleaning and better storage of products on display. While some products are of great quality, the quality of clothes has declined and the models are not current. Branded products have all but disappeared, replaced by many unknown brands. Some prices are expensive and not aligned with the market compared to other stores. It is recommended to visit soon after opening when products are more organized. The location has ample parking.
I always find amazing deals at this Marshall’s and everyone is so friendly. The lady in the fitting room- Laura, was truly a special soul. I had my cart full of stuff to try on and she helped me sort everything since the limit is 10 pieces. Would highly recommend coming here and thank you Laura !
