Very bad experience. With Mr. Carlo, you call yourself the assistant manager, he gave bad service and he yelled at me and insulted me in front of my youngest daughter who was 12 years old. In the end, he couldn't explain it to me correctly, which they didn't help me with my problem. I had a bad experience. I don't recommend this Flagler store. 8184 super bad attitude with customers very bad customer service

ALBERTO was amazing. I had a great experience today during my visit at this store. His customer service was in point. He was genuine , provided great information about products and also provided options. During my interaction with him , He never made it feel like he was just trying to make a sale. Alberto had a lot of patience. I am not sure if he is the manager or not but he really demonstrated great quality of providing customer service.

Hands down " 100 % EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ".
My wife and I were treated like royalty some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
Albert and William went up and above to give us the best service available.
I highly recommend that when you go to buy a mattress you go see the guys at Mattress Firm on Flagler.
We cannot endorse these guys enough absolutely satisfied with the service and the way we were treated.
Most definitely we will return for our mattress needs in the future. Kudos to the staff at Mattress Firm on Flagler.
