The seller was wonderful - the delivery was prompt and on time - too bad THE DELUXE PLATFORM didn't work - the MANAGERS couldn’t do anything except - say they were helpless because of the system. we needed this bed BADLY for an invalid and Mattress Firm totally let us down weakly offering a delivery 2 days later as a resolution. FIRM-LESS. Should be their name. Don’t bother you won’t get ANY SATISFACTION here.

Just bought a mattress from one of the nicest and most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met. Juan was patient and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different mattresses. He never tried to push us into buying something we didn't need. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Juan in particular. Jorge was another salesperson who was very pleasant as well. All around - great place!
