The warehouse customer-facing employees, especially Austin, go above and beyond to deliver your mattress. I had a terrible experience purchasing a mattress online from Mattress Firm because there is NO live customer service to help with delivery issues. After several frustrating days, a chatbot finally gave me the number to the local warehouse and the delivery issue was instantly resolved. Not only did Austin help speed up the delivery date, he worked to ensure a delivery window that would work with my college daughter's busy schedule. Only purchase from an actual Mattress Firm store vs. online. They will match the online price over the phone and provide polite customer service with real people to oversee the delivery. Thank you Austin!

If I could give 20 stars I would! Not only were Marco and yasmany professional and timely. They went above and beyond by taking off part of the bed with screwdrivers instead of a drill, which is what was used to put it together, so that the bed would fit I have never had a delivery person go so far out of their way to accommodate a customer, I would suggest mattress firm clone Marco and yasmany to make all of their deliveries!

I received a delivery today. Marcos and Edilberto were punctual and professional. Asked to see the space before bringing the merchandise in to make sure nothing would be damaged. Set up the bed quickly and left everything just as they found it.

They never came. Appt time was between 1:30 and 3:30. They didn’t answer the phone either. All you get is the machine saying leave your name and number. Corporate has to hear about this

I was 0.1 miles away when the mattress fell off of the car, and almost hit someone and hit other cars. Their company policy is that they cannot send someone out of the warehouse, so I was left stranded with a mattress in the middle of the street. This is their fault that they didn't do their due diligence enough to make sure the mattress won't fall. And they weren't even apologetic about it. I spoke to the manager Jose and another lady, no one was able to help one minute after leaving the warehouse. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!
