Very Disappointing Experience
We purchased a product from here and agreed on a specific delivery date. However, the delivery was delayed by one full day, which caused us serious inconvenience. Because of this delay, we were unable to stay at our home and had to spend the night in a hotel, paying additional costs out of our own pocket.
What made things even worse was that the company stopped answering our calls and never got back to us, despite several attempts to reach them. When they finally delivered the product, they offered no real apology or compensation for the trouble and expenses we had to cover because of their delay.
Overall, this company failed to keep its promises, showed poor communication, and took no responsibility for the damage caused to its customers.
When i tried to talk with Josh (owner), he was rude&arrogant.
👉 I do not recommend doing business with them.
You can find same brands and same prices in other company.

I bought my king mattress from this store 4 years ago, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The quality is amazing – it’s still just as comfortable and supportive as the day I got it. What really stood out was the customer service – super helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great value, comfort, and service that truly cares. You won’t regret it!

Mattress shopping is a stressful and overwhelming ordeal no matter where you go however I’ve always had an incredible experience with Mattress Kings. Jose (Hialeah) and Josh (Midtown) have gone to great lengths to help me and my wife find the right mattress for a good nights sleep. Like any locally owned business in Miami things may happen but they are responsive and always come through. They have a customer for life with me and I’m glad to support them.
