Today my wife and I had an unforgettable experience. We went to Matresshaus looking for a mattress and left not only with the mattress but with a new friend. Grace, or Graciela to her acquaintances; It went beyond what a salesperson or business owner does. The experience of buying a mattress became a family conversation as if we had known each other all our lives. He led us to the right product with kindness and patience. My wife and I left super happy. What we have left to say is: Thank you very much Grace for your time and the affection with which you treated us today.

Excellent service and attention to details. Their set up is very private and comfortable. Delivery happened as promised, and went off without a hitch. Mercy was excellent at explaining and guiding us through the process. Both Mercy and Grace were available afterwards for questions and advice. An excellent experience!

I bought a mattress, they showed me one but the one I received is not the same, the delivery was terrible in a truck, the mattress was thrown in the back, I don't recommend it, they teach you one thing and they send you another non-original one, don't buy there, I claimed the warranty on the mattress. They ask that I put a broomstick on top of the mattress and take photos and send them to them. They don't have a specialized person to go to the house to see the mattresses and beds under warranty. In my case, I bought the mattress in January, it is only 9 months old. They do not offer a guarantee, they say it has to be the manufacturer, they are aware that these mattresses were defective and they continue to sell them, do not buy, the original mattress store is on the side when you jump over US 1, Sealy has a class action lawsuit in the United States in North Carolina, for the defects in mattresses and denying the guarantees, I am going to give you an answer, the mattresses are not very good when Sealy has a federal class action lawsuit, mine came from a wrapping that was an open nylon and thrown behind a flat truck. I think in the opinions the same thing happened to Mr. Alberto, I regret having spent my money on this false mattress that was delivered to my house in an old truck with two people of legal age. The mattress came in a nylon, the measurements that my mattress has They are not the same as those of that brand of mattress, all these reviews they have are false, and another one when I complained that the lady who sold it to me did not work, I called the number that appears on that blue brochure that is on my mattress, it is from Sealy customer service and they tell me that they do not have a factory in Orlando Florida as the mattress label says and then, that is to say, the Sealy mattresses that are manufactured in the Orlando Florida factory are fake, they are not the originals

Happy with my purchase and the price. This is my second time shopping at Mattress Haus & Confort Inc. My first Tempur Pedic was 17 years ago. It was time to replace it. I looked in many other places but the price, the financing and especially the exceptional treatment from everyone there made me not hesitate a second longer. The best customer service I have experienced in the industry. The attention to detail, the knowledgeable staff and their high level customer experience is best in class. I was able to test out every mattress in the store and they answered all my questions without ever feeling like I was being rushed into the sale. If you are in South Florida looking for a mattress, I highly recommend you look no further and stop by their showroom to check out their selection; you will be happy you did.

MattressHaus is awesome. I received outstanding service both from sales (Mercy) and the delivery and installation guys. I absolutely love my Sealy 12 inch memory foam mattress with an adjustable frame. Going to bed is such a treat. I now sleep incredibly well and in absolute comfort. Go see the friendly folks at MattressHaus and please tell them that Dr Culver sent you. Buying a mattress at MattressHaus is a decision you won’t regret!

I would first love to say that the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and helped. They have great customer service. What a beautiful family owned business. I am very happy with the mattress that I purchased a few months ago.
