I went to this location 3yrs ago looking for a specific watch 11690 Air King or a 126334 Datejust. I met Adiel who was very helpful and advised me that those 2 timepieces were not available but that he could put me on a list and as soon as any of those 2 watches come in he can call me. Fast forward literally 3yrs to the date on which I get a text from Adiel advising me that he has a 126334 that just came in and if I was still interested. Swing by the store, sat with Adiel and got an early Christmas present. We went ahead a put my wife on the list for a wait h for her. Unbelievable that 3yrs later I get a call from Adiel about the watch I wanted, I thought it was all BS about being on the list and actually getting called. It's unfortunate that the watch maker is holding back on timepieces and causing the used market to sky rocket.

If I could 0 stars I would! Terrible service with E- Commerce! I purchased a watch for my husband online for our anniversary. Once I got the watch on 12/25, someone emailed me from the virtual boutique department asking if there was a special occasion. I mention it was and the dates(12/18)They didn't mention anything on the small window of return I had. I thought like every store, it was a 30day policy. No it's 10 days. So now when I called Client Services this morning to ask how the return process goes they tell me I can only exchange the watch after 10days. I told them this was a gift I was not informed of this policy to please take that into consideration. I sent pictures to the e-commerce depart manager showing that watch is brand new and they still insist I can only exchange it. You think I want anything from Mayors after this? My husband doesn't want it or any watch! The watch is in brand new conditions, just how they sent it. How to ruin my anniversary with this... nobody wants to help me! Never shopping with mayors again! Terrible e-commerce service!

Highly recommend Mayors at International mall. My wife and I recently purchased two Rolex and sales rep Cristina was nothing short of amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and great intrapersonal skills. Made us feel welcome and at home. Allowed us to make our own decision and was not pushy.We'll definitely return.

These people will give you service based on your look.If you walk in wearing a $40,000 watch they will give you all the attention you want. If you’re not wearing expensive watch they will ignore you and tell you somebody will be right with you but have you stand around for 20 minutes like you don’t exist. Just because someone’s not wearing a watch doesn’t mean they can’t afford to buy one.Please don’t let them fool you, most of the watches in the display case or actual working watches even though they’re marked “for exhibition only”If the time is at 10:10 and the second marker is slightly past the 30 mark there is no movement inside, if the watch is at a random time it’s a real working watch with a movement.It’s amazing that Rolex doesn’t like resellers however they are creating a market by turning down customers with money that is the same color as everyone else is money. When you keep turning down customers that walk into a store they’re going to go elsewhere which is the gray market.Yeah it’s a great business model not having stuff to sell for a customer walking into a store.

I have to say that if you want to have the best experience buying a watch or jewelry, this is the Mayors to go to. Keidy my sales girl is amazing, very knowledgeable , guides you through the merchandise, very professional, and best of all she isn’t pushy at all, I think the experience is 80 % of the sale and she definitely made it the best.Please ask for Keidy if you are in the market for a timepiece, you will not regret it.

My experience with Carmen was excellent, my girlfriend and I are more than happy with her spectacular service. She is very attentive; she was not in a hurry, and she is very kind and took the time to explain all the details to us. She knows all the products in the store and throughout the entire process she really made us feel like family. Adiel is the man! When you buy a watch, sometimes you lean towards the most known brands. I like a little variety and to diversify my watch collection. Went in today and Ariel assisted me in acquiring 3 time pieces. A Tag, Longines and a Breitling. Very happy with his service. He’s extremely knowledgeable. Also threw in a little parting gift. Pay him a visit next time you think “Mayors”.

My experience with Maria Christina Cuenca was amazing. During my first visit at the store she approached me and we began speaking about a watch I was interested in purchasing. She was helpful, honest, caring and patient. I left the store with a lot of information and great confidence that this was the store where i would purchase the watch. She contacted various Mayors to find the watch i had been searching for. She also kept me up to date on her search. I returned to two weeks later for a second look at the watch. When I arrived at the store Maria greeted me and my family very graciously. She had us sit, she provided us with refreshments, and was very welcoming. She was warm and made my experience one that I will forever remember. Ive been to several Mayors jewelers before and none came close to giving the experice Maria provided. She made the process easy and I will make sure Maria receives all of my future watch purchases. Thank you Maria for your amazing customer experience!
